... buggy... and if you think it's easy to fix the issues you have with it....

Killer Sound! Lots of options. But....

Ease of Use:
...Glitchy as a mother. And....

Support:
...Absolutely, positively the worst customer service in the industry. Do yourself a favor and talk to users of NI products before you buy anything from them. Head over to the NI Users' Forum.... there are plenty of them there. There is a consensus regarding NI's status among software companies regarding customer service.
