Feature:
designed for simplicity, but allows for a fair amount of tweaking.

Quality:
great plugin. never crashed. always got great sound with no problems.

Value:
a nice variety of sounds for what you pay, with the capability for a lot of tweaking.

Desirability:
very slick.

Sound:
great sounds - very realistic!

Ease of Use:
a breeze to use. one page of stuff. integrated browser. not like other NI stuff.

Support:
never needed it.
