Sound: We use two of the Nady Portable speaker/mics in our cemetery during memorial day and Veterans Day ceremonies. They work perfectly every time. We have also used them inside at a gathering of 150 people, and plugged in, also work perfectly. I now need a lavalier so am shopping to add this to our great system. Feature: We need a Lavalier to accompany this great system. Difficult to walk and speak with the microphone in a cemetery setting, or on Main Street of Canon City, doing historic walking tours. Ease of Use: We have had success with the system in all venues. The ease of use for even those who are not familiar with it is great. We just need to make sure the mic is in an open position to the speakers and that the speakers are turned towards the audience. Quality: We have been using our Nady system for over 8 years, and it is still brand new - of course we keep it boxed and stored properly when not in use, batteries are always removed,. Value: I felt this was a great bargain. Manufacturer Support: i have only dealt with zzounds, however when i called nady to inquire about another product, they were very informative The Wow Factor: not applicable Overall: We intend to use this product for the next 20 years, for sure. We just need the auxiliary advantage of the lavalier.
