The company I work for bought two of the systems since we've had good luck with Nady systems in the past. The Encore systems pretty much s@@k if you use it daily and move around alot. First Nady did not allow repair on the 1/8" plug so I had to cut the line and replace with a plug from Radio Shack that does not lock in. The second is in the reciever itself. The connection lines between the 1/8" jack and the circut board has too little give. I've had to solder them back on to either the jack or the circut board numerus times. I finally gave up and put on exender cables (standard speaker wire) for a more reliable connection... I haven't had a problem since.
