Quality:
This was the most amatuer piece of garbage I have ever bought. I just hope my experience with future instructional videos isn't even close to this bad. The video was just awful. And the guy teaching it looked like some average Joe off the street. Just awful.

Value:
Don't waste your money I'm sure there are better deals to be had out there.

Sound:
The sound is not the issue. It sounds just fine for a DVD.
