"Awesome Truss System"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

I'm a beginner mobile DJ with a decent budget to spend. This is my first stand/truss and it suits me well for the time being. Holds my lights and has plentry of room for more. I have the jellydome for the center piece and a REVO III on each side, also lasers on each side as well. It supports well, no bowing, easy set up (possible with one, two is better). Even though its a truss, the extension bars can also allow you to use it as two seperate T-stands if the venue wouldn't work with using it as the truss. The unit is very transformable, lightweight, easy to assemble, idiot proof really. I really like this truss system and don't see it being replaced anytime soon.

Just got these yesterday, and I know I will get lots of use out of them. These things are built to last. Had previously bought a different set from someone else; total waste of money compared to these, wish I had seen these first.

"A Great Buy"

This is one of the few things in my life that I bought that I actually feel I got more than my money's worth!. Though the price has gone up a little from when i bought mine, I still feel its a good buy. Some complaints have been made about the knobs breaking off, this isn't the case for me...its like anything else...if your super hard on your gear you will break it.....if you take care of it ...it will last...don't over tighten and they won't break...have had mine for 3 years now....no problems

I really enjoy this product. It condenses down to approx 5' so it makes being mobile a breeze. There are a couple of pieces that the instructions don't show and I'm not sure where they go, but they don't seem to be needed (at least in my configuration). All in all I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone wishing to get a mobile truss system.

I like my investment in this mobile truss unit. It's ideal for a mobile Dj with the right lighting needs for a gig. Sturdy and takes no time to setup.

"Sturdy good stand BUT CHECK YOUR ORDER!!"

Overall: 3 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Got this set up and is a very good light stand system. My only complaint is that the truss system was damaged. I was not aware that zZounds would send me returned and damaged merchandise. My fault for not checking the trusses when I received the order. Didn't think to since both trusses were in plastic. I recently needed to use them and noticed the damage after taking the truss out of the plastic. I order A LOT of gear from zZounds and have not had any problems before. Just some advice to thoroughly check your orders.

"does the job"

Easy to set up. Connectors are plastic. I have 2 sets of moving lights I put on the end riser poles instead of the T bar and when the lights are running the stand sways a bit. Makes me a little nervous but the bottom opens up really wide so I don't think it would tip over. Fairly light weight. Overall I'm happy with it.
