I'd just recently bought a flying-v, and every time I wanted to play it, I had to pull it out the case and strap up. I couldn't just leave it plugged in and grab it anytime I wanted to play. Well, flying V's have all sorts of problems that you don't think of when you first buy them, but this stand solved that problem, and a few more in one quick swoop.
Ease of Use
It's a stand. Or should I really refer to it as a hanger? It's not rocket science.

For mass produced products, I was actually impressed.

Great for weird shaped guitars, long scale guitars and basses, great space saver.
