Feature:
The two channels are very nice, however, I only use the clean channel and run an effects pedal.

Quality:
For what you pay for the stack I gave it a 9. No, it isn't as rock solid as a higher end Marshall, but you didn't pay three grand either. I think this Marshall is perfect for hobbyists who are going to play out of their garage or for small gigs.

Value:
Great value! A quality stack for a reasonable price. My wife won't divorce me over what I paid for it!

Desirability:
I am glad I purchased this stack. At first I was hesitant because I thought it might be a cheap POS. I was pleasantly surprised.

Sound:
The sound of these cabinets is awesome! I play a Stratocaster through a Boss ME-50 effects pedal, and could not be happier. I have heard that it isn't very loud.....Total Bull. Unless you are playing in a large venue you won't need to turn the volume knob past 2 to rock (and rock loud). The sound quality is very good as well.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use.

Support:
Never used the support.

Overall:
I waited to write this review until I had owned my stack for awhile just to make sure I could give an honest/accurate assesment of the product. Bottom line: for the money, you can't go wrong by purchasing this stack. It's loud, it sounds great, and I can play with other musicians without having to crank it up past 2. If you are planning to tour, I would probably pass this by and go with the higher end stack, but for the hobbyist or small gigger, this thing packs plenty of punch.
