The MG10CF packs a huge wallop into a pee-wee sized amplifier. The tone and sound quality are what you'd expect from a Marshall. This is my first-ever Marshall, and I am very impressed/ I'll bet that it won't be my last one!

Musical Background:

Been playing guitar for 30 years.

Musical Style:

My regular amp that I play through is a PEAVEY 100 WATT Valveking. I love my amp when playing out but was too heavy to lug around to the computer room where I practice so I bought one of these. I was amazed at how loud it will play and how good it sounds for a solid state. The overdrive sounds like what heavy metal players want. I got to where I took it when practicing with the others and it was plenty loud. Do I think that it is a good amp yes, Does it sound as good as my big tube amp no,would I recommend it for a beginner or a cheap practice amp yes. Could you gig with it no. It is definitively a good amp.

Musical Background:

I am 62 yr. old and started playing when I was 12.

Musical Style:

Oldies rock and some hard rock. I play mostly lead.
