If one thing personifies the image of rock 'n' roll more than anything else it's the Marshall 4x12. Though often imitated, nothing compares with the original. The first 4x12 cab was designed and built by Jim Marshall in 1962. Since then Marshall has made many thousands, which have appeared on stages both large and small all over the world. 10 out of 10Feature:
As for features, The only thing I wish Marshall would enclude standard on there amps concidering how much the cabs cost would be metal handles rather than the plastic stock handles. Mine have never broken and my cab is about three years old, but I could see where it might happen over a few years and again, these things are not cheap!
Quality:
I would have gave it a ten in this area but Marshall needs to use metal corners etc...but over all this is one solid speaker cab.
Sound:
If your looking for a Bright sounding cab, this one is not for you. However, this cab is loaded with 25 watt green backs which produce a very warm tone nice tight sound.
Support:
I had to call Korg U.S.A. to have a foot switch replaces with my amp and they were awesome to deal with!
Overall:
This speaker cab will be an addition to my Marshall head for years to come.
