I’ve had this guitar since 1017. It is my everyday guitar. Love the thing. Sounds better than my had 28. The build is incredible. It’s loud, bright in all the right places and the lows are killer as well. Mine came with a hard shell so I don’t know what this guy is complaining about

You sell a guitar with a 2 grand price sticker and only include a gig bag ??? come on that's just being a cheap skate . . . I purchased a martin d15m at half that price and it came with a hard shell. If this is the direction Martin is going, I may think about going with a different manufacture on my next guitar, No offense, but we Musicians work hard for our money, and when it comes to gear we demand quality
