This is my first 12 fret guitar and the 1.75 nut is new to me too. I was not sure what the string spacing would feel like but It seems very comfortable to me and I like it .
This is a very light guitar and sounds wonderful, the setup from the factory is very good, great action and plays easily.
The finish is fantastic and I can find no faults in it at all. This is a beautiful and rich sounding guitar well worth the money, maybe not top end but heads above low end, a guitar you can be proud to play.
My one complaint would be the tuners which seem to lose the smoothness required for small adjustments at pitch, but they look good....
All in all a great guitar and I would replace it immediately if lost or damaged. Martin has a winner with this !

I absolutely love this guitar. The Sitka Spruce paired with the mahogany gives it a nice sustain with a great woody/folky sound. Perfect for finger picking. Strumming is strong and vibrant. On many of my guitars, I find I like to change the strings, bridge pins, and saddle. On this one, I didn't change a single thing. It sounded and played amazing right out of the box. I use it as my primary guitar when leading worship at our home group of about 20-30 people. I love that it meets the body at the 12th fret. Very lightweight. No electronics but I don't have the need for that yet. Nearly perfect in my opinion and at such a great price point for a Martin.
