Sound:
Simply put, the Moog makes everything else sound flat and lifeless by comparison. The bass is astonishingly rich and deep, and the overall tone has a warmth, depth, and texture that makes other synths sound like toys. This is professional-quality analog beyond reproach.
Feature:
Obviously, this is a synth that only plays one note at a time, and has no onboard sequencer, sample memory, or effects. You could get a 128-voice digital workstation for the same kind of money, so make sure you understand its limitations before you buy.
Ease of Use:
The frontpanel is so logically laid out that I've never felt hampered by the limited knob-count. However, the LCD menu is a nightmare even by digital standards, and you do have to dive into it to set any of the non-realtime features like filter slope, arpeggiator mode, and patch name.
Quality:
Moog products are the finest mass-produced synths on the planet, period, and while the Little Phatty skimps on features, it does not do so on quality. You do get what you pay for.
Value:
This was a hard decision, although I have no regrets. For the same money, you could get a really nice vintage Source or Pro-One. Still, the Little Phatty looks, plays, and sounds like a professional instrument - so I guess I can't complain about paying professional prices.
Manufacturer Support:
Haven't had to use them yet, but based on the forums at the Moog website, the company seems very well-informed and engaged with its users, as one would expect of an elite, US-based institution.
The Wow Factor:
Elite brand-name logo on the back. Unique case design with many blinkenlights. I love this synth. My girlfriend loves this synth, and she doesn't even play. It makes top-of-the-line Kurzweils looks like anonymous black boxes by comparison. So... yeah.
Overall:
I'll probably own this synth for the rest of my life. Obviously I wouldn't want it to be my ONLY synth, but if I need pianos or drums, I have other instruments for that. I have NO other instrument that can do what this synth can do.

Overall:
Beautifully designed, wonderful-sounding, forward-thinking, yet classically retro, this electronic instrument fulfills my lifelong dream to own a Moog synthesizer. Expensive, but I have found it to be worth every penny- in terms of build quality and authenticity of the Moog sound, one can see where the money went.
