I've been using monster cables for 5 years and had never had one fail. I gig 8x a month on average. Indoor, outdoors, pulled out of freezing cars, pulled out of sweltering cars, been stepped on, pulled on, drinks spilled on by drunken partying people in the crowd... all multiple, multiple times...still never one failure. Some bedroom amateurs like to bad mouth them online because the read on some forum that other brands are better...well I'm here to tell you, I'm the guy out in the field, loading in, loading out, setting up and breaking down myself, no roadies. I see first hand what cables go through and after 5 years of usage, multiple monster cables, not one failure. Zero, zilch, nada. End of story. Period

I use these for PA speakers and they seem to be s cut above the standard choices. I would buy again but I wish they came with Velcro cable ties like my previous monster cables.
