This cable is straight up worth it. It was better than livewire, planet waves, and monster rock. Unlike other brands, you will get what you pay for and hear the difference. Yeah sure its expensive, but you have a lifetime warranty. I compared these to my monster rock cables and I will never consider switching back. Likely to be the last cable I ever buy. If someone stole it, I would hate them forever. But I would buy them again and not think twice about the price. This cable is transparent, punchier, more present, and more dynamic than anything else I've tried. Took me less than 5 minutes to notice and hear the improvement. You will too. If youre unsure about these cables don't be. They're awesome.

I needed a better cable, one that didn't massively hum and was not always coming apart at the connection. Mogami gold was always a consideration, so I thought, the reviews are pretty positive. I got the 18foot cable.
Sound
I was very curious and really wondering, will this really be a difference? So, with my old local store cable, I played clean and distorted sample and lead tone, JUST to remember what I was working with, and then plugged in my new Mogami Gold, BIG difference, clearer, is the one word I would use. Playing guitar, pickups and amps always were the main features for sound as I always thought, but the cable does add some value to the sound clarity, and now I am a believer. I will not buy anything less than from now on. Recording wise, I also heard a difference as well. Now, does it hum, no not openly, but touching it will produce a smaller volume hum, but it not the annoying crackling and humming you get with the cheaper cable. So, its not purely hummless lol, but a HUGE improvement.
Features
The cable came in its usual plastic package, but I had to carefully remove it from it because the plastic casing is very tight and secure, you could easily damage the cable trying to pull it out without opening it properly.
Ease of Use
Plugged it in, very easy. I liked the gold on it, and the one I got was the right angle and straight one, it has a tight fit, and secure, very nice.
Quality
Very nice, well made, I can see why the professionals use these.
Value
Well, not sure if I can rate this well enough, I am paying for the quality of the product, and after pricing many cables, I read an interview on a professional guitar jazz player, and then another one with a blues player, and both stated, yeah, never use anything less than the Mogami Gold. Value is in the tone/sound clarity, and not having a crappy cable.
Manufacturer Support
Not yet, but I think I could get a hold of them easy enough.
The Wow Factor
I was surprised, but not wowed, and I am easily wowed lol, but this worked as advertised, so I am more happy that I have a cable that makes my music and playing sound the way it should through the rig I have. Anything to help with the overall sound, and this is definitely a part of it. I would have never thought so before, but it is. If you are curious or wondering, meh, not worth it, try one, you will be happily surprised!

I finally took the plunge and got myself a quality instrument cable for recording, and I'm not looking back. Not only is this cable superiorly made, it also just makes my instruments sound better. It fits perfectly, and doesn't buzz or hum. It's quiet, and clear, and doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart with daily use. This cable is a lifer. Well worth the price.

I i have an xvive wireless , wich is great for gigs , and jamming with friends , but to have a back up cable , mogami guitar cable is the way to go !
Sound
Wireless are good for gigs , practicing , but recording ? No. .With a wireless , youll need a cable , sooner or late4. When the wireless decides to take a nap in the middle of what your doing.
Features
Simple , easy to use . its easy to get the cheap cables, but its not worth it.Most cables will crap out in 3 months. So get one of these
Ease of Use
Great sound , a true signal. The mogami cablw is worth the $$.
Quality
Mogami cables are HIGHLY reliable, wireless is great , convienent , but the battery will fade , sooner or later. Lets hope your not in the middle of a cool guitar solo , when that wireless craps out.
Value
If you got a wireless system , then go an extra mile and get a mogami guitar cable.youll be glad you did

Most expensive cord made? Well, I got a long one and I don't notice any signal dropoff, so, Very Kool. After all this time I realized that the 90 puts less stress on the amp connection (after breaking one connection on an amp and pretty much ruining it)

I ordered the cable in the afternoon and set the guitar aside to await shipment. The cable was on my porch the next morning. I don't even know how they did that
