Sound:
Best PCI upgrade you can get, blows Soundblaster out of the water! Clear clean sound unlike sounblasters crackling and hiss noises. Good for high quality recording, it makes people think i do my recording in an expensive studio when i'm just using my pc.

Very good value for the price - an excellent card for older PCI bus computers.

Support:
Support people were quick to respond and tried hard to be helpful, but couldn't do much for me since there has been no new driver development for Mac computers since OS X 10.4.6

Overall:
I was initially dissappointed by the fact that though this card is compatible with my computer's PCI bus (Mac G5 Dual 2.7GHz) driver development ended with OS X 10.4.6 and I have no way to revert back to that OS. I did get the card to work with the available driver and it sounds GREAT! - very clean, high quality sound; recording likewise. OS conflicts eventually cropped up and forced me remove the card and save it for another computer. I would highly recommend this card to anyone with an older computer and looking for a top-quality multi-channel sound card.
