Feature:
Lots of features but not all of them work as well as they could.
Quality:
Very plastic and small. I would plan on treating this gently.

Have not used.
Overall:
This unit does some things so well and others so bad. I was surprised at how small it is. It's obviously made for portability and designed to not eat up batteries. If you're toting it around it could be a plus but it's bad for people like me who use it plugged in. To start, the built-in speaker is all but useless. It's tiny and at max volume can barely be heard. If you're trying to copy a guitar solo you can't hear it well enough. So count on investing in some good headphones. If more than one person is playing/singing along, you absolutely have to run a line out to an external amp/speaker. Next, the digital readout is really hard to see. It has a button to press to light up the screen and that helps, but to save batteries it cycles off after only a few seconds so you have to keep pressing it. Annoying. Perhaps I missed it in the product description, but I did not understand that you have to choose between either changing the tempo or changing the key. You can't do both at once. Annoying. Also, the switch that is supposed to take out the vocals so you can put your voice in, like karaoke, works only part of the time. I think it depends on how many tracks in the recording carry vocals. It frequently does not kill them all.
Now that I've complained, let me tell you why I won't be parting with it. There is nothing like it if you're trying to copy a solo or polish a passage. You can set it to loop over the same part again and again and listen/play along until you get it. When you pull out the vocals and slow it down, you hear stuff you didn't know was in there. If a whole band is learning a new song and you need to change key, it's a snap to set it up and play along. It has significantly shortened our rehersal time at nailing down new material. It has a lot of features and it's quite easy to get the hang of. It simply is a wonderful learning tool, even with its rather significant limitations. However, I think it should be priced lower for what you get.

Sound:
OK sound if you run it through auxilliary equipment. If you use it as is with its own speaker, beware - the speaker is PITIFUL! Just plan on using aux out!
Feature:
It had all the features I was looking for.
Quality:
For the price tag you would think this would be more 'heavy.' It's very lightweight for something that costs $500.
Value:
It is very expensive but has features that no other machine has so you are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
