Feature:
This hefty pedal comes with the standard mix, delay and time controls. The additions of a tone knob, model selector and trails switch set this box apart from other reverb stomps. My favorite function has to be the Model Switch. You can choose from 11 types of reverbs – most of which are self explanatory: '63 Spring (based on* a Fender® 1963 brown spring reverb head unit a la The Ventures), Spring, Plate, Room, Chamber, Hall, Ducking (volume of your reverb is "ducked" reduced while you're playing, and increases when you stop), Octo (ambient space with a harmonized decay), Cave, Tile, and Echo. I found the models to be very clean, noise-free and authentic. There is plenty of splash in those early reverb models. The Octo setting is quite viby and easy to dial in thanks to the time control. The Trails switch is also good for letting your notes continue ringing with reverb after the pedal has been disengaged.

Quality:
They sure crammed a lot of functionality into this compact pedal. Since the Verbizlla is part of the Tonecore line you can purchase other Tonecore effect modules to insert and play with. The housing seemed really sturdy with easy access to the battery compartment. The unit is powered by a standard 9v pedal power supply or battery. I suggest using a power supply since the batteries drain very quickly.

Value:
The Verbzilla from Line 6 delivers on its promise for studio-grade algorithms to your pedalboard. If you are looking to get the biggest bang for your buck in the world of reverb than the Verbzilla is your monster!

Desirability:
I've never been a fan of reverb pedals, but after a friend turned me on to the Verbzilla I had to try it. Now it's got a permanent home on my pedalboard. Try it for yourself!

Sound:
Great sounds! From post-modern, hair metal or surf rock. The settings let you dial up the warmest to the splashy-est reverbs around.

Ease of Use:
Plug and play. Easy-breezy!

Support:
No worries to date.

Overall:
High points: Rugged compact stompbox, plenty of killer reverb models Low points: uses up batteries very quickly
