Feature:
The amp models are great, and each have a unique sound. the eq's function differently for each model. the compressor works well and has a variable threshold. the multi-effects are ok. personally i'd say the envelope filter is the only useful one. and those effects have very limited control. And you can save the presets which is awesome. It doesn't have a send/return loop. Has a decent built in tuner.
Quality:
Everything seems real solid with this amp, although i haven't had it too long and traveled around with it much.
Value:
Definitely a great amp for the money. With the digital processing most bass players won't need other pedals, or even a tuner. You just need a bass and a cord.
Desirability:
It looks nice, and is a kickback. Cool little velcro strap on the back to contain the power cord, and guitar cord.
Sound:
Lots of tonal capabilities and a general good sound quality. It can get plenty loud for a small to mid size club too. The deep button gives nice sub-harmonics. The direct output doesn't have much high end (certainly less than the cabinet) but is clean at least.
Ease of Use:
Pretty intuitive interface. due to the presets though, knobs are encoders... so if you switch presets the knob's positions aren't what you hear. eq's are different for different amp models which is kind of confusing. but once you get the 4 presets you like, you can just switch between them which is easy.
Overall:
Hopefully i'll keep this a long time for practicing/studio/ and smaller gigs.
