Ease of Use: I liked the way you could adjust it easily and then stays in place. No actual buckles or other things to feel against your back and shoulder. Quality: Seems to be very well made and of high quality materials. Very soft suede and I liked the color. Cream piping. Value: i thought it was worth the price I paid for it and the quality was well above the price of the product. Manufacturer Support: No contact with the company and no need. The Wow Factor: Love the color and feel of the product. It handles my guitar well and is comftorable which is what I was after. The color is very rich along with the great looking suede finish. Overall: Don't think I will ever replace it unless I buy more of the same for each guitar I own.

Feature: Great thick leather feel. Really adjusts very easily Ease of Use: Adjust easily, and is easy to take on and off... which is important for me, 'cause I'm in a wheelchair. Quality: I really don't think the quality could be better - at any price point. Value: I truly cannot believe how inexpensive this leather strap is... compared to others. Manufacturer Support: I'm going to assume that the support would be good, but I really don't know. The Wow Factor: I own 6 of these. Overall: Again... I own 6 of these - I would not use another strap.
