Feature:
did not include footswitch :+{ but it is a button switch away. I use a Dean avalanche One and a digitech Gnx 3 and this amp and I have a variety of features combined. But this amp is also great by itself. Nice effects and they are tweakable too.

Quality:
i received mine through fed ex (they suck) there was a small circle of damage near the bottom wich would indicate this tolex stuff is thin and will tear easily. But the rest of the amp seeems to be built well and seems to be a lasting product.

Value:
i think this is a very good buy. I Never heard of Kustom before but they make a good amp and this and their other amps are worth the typical selling price.

Desirability:
i like the way this amp is made but i dont really like the retro look. the chrome knobs are cool and i like the blue lights on it. I wish the speaker cover was sliver to match the chrome knobs. I think this amp is great. And i would buy another if it ever was stolen or broke. Hate the retro but still love the amp

Sound:
The answer behind all the great sound is the Celestion super 65. This amp can throw out some low meaty end and alot of high tone and the speaker makes it sound sharp, smooth, and clean. Blues sound great. I am really suprized. GREAT SOUND no lie.

Support:
dont know but hear they are good

Overall:
overall great sound great price. This amp lets me knmow my guitars potential. I never heard my guitar sound so good. I also have a dean exotica fm acoustic electric and this guitar sounds great through the amp. Wich really blew me away beacause this is an amp designed for electric solid body guitars. But it has such rich clean tones that i never knew my guitar could produce. Overall this amp gets a 9 only because i dont like retro look.

Not the end-all, but for an inexpensive, solid-state amp it sounds very good.

I tried this in the store for about 20 minutes and was impressed with the fact that I could get a variety of tones quickly - no menuse or editing. Nice sounds and usable effects for this price - WOW!

Quality:
Good construction

Value:
65 watts for 250 dollars is really cheap, but the amp isnt.

Desirability:
i would have like a more mettalic look, like metallic corners and grid

Overall:
If you consider buying a 65 watt amp, buy this one, it faithfully reproduce the sound your guitar is capable of
