A great lesson and practice tool, the TM-40 offers both tuner and metronome functions simultaneously or independently. Its large LCD-type needle delivers both the accuracy of an LCD and the excellent visibility of a needle indicator. It also has LED indicators that show pitch deviation or blink to indicate the tempo, making the TM-40 a highly visual tool. Learn More...

10 out of 10Sound:
This is the most amazing little device around.
I carry one (or two) around to parties.
We end up using it as a voice tuner, and have tons of fun.
Yeah, and it tunes my guitar really well.
I also hand my mom drumstickes, and have her keep time with the metromone, both with sound, the little red LED, and the needle.
At the end I end up giving it away to anyone that is serious about using it to improve their voice.
I'm probably the best customer for this Korg...I've given about 8 this year alone.
Here's the challenge: Can anyone keep the green light lit by staying in pitch for 5 seconds?
No one has yet to claim the $100, but have fun trying.
Again, the best!

10 out of 10Feature:
I like it...lots of features for a tune/metronome.
Quality:
It's plastic but who cares i've dropped it a bunch and it hasn't broken.
Value:
This is the best tune/metronome for it's price it feels like it's worth 50-60 bucks.
Desirability:
Oh it's one sexy tuner.
Sound:
Well it's a tuner so i tunes good and the metronome stays in beat and has different typs of beats so it's good...i think.
Ease of Use:
Very simple to figure out, nothing complicated about it.
Support:
Haven't needed any.
Overall:
I think this is a great tuner with the advantage with the metronome even though i don't need it because i'm a drummer and also play guitar so when i play the guitar i don't really need a metronome. If this breaks down i will definetly but this again.

10 out of 10Feature:
As a tuner and metronome it has all the functions I need, and a headphone socket is handy as well.
Quality:
So far nothing to complain about at all, seems sturdy enough and well made.
Value:
Great value, particularly as a 2 in 1 unit
Desirability:
Looks good, functional interface
Sound:
It seems to tune my acoustic guitar nicely, haven't tried it on electric yet but I'm sure it'll be the same result. Great on my eucalalie as well. The beats sound pretty ordinary, but it is just a timekeeper after all, not a drum kit.
Ease of Use:
It took half an hour to check out the manual and make the thing work how I wanted it to, no worries.
Support:
Just bought it so do not know.
Overall:
This is my first tuner metronome, and I'm perfectly happy with it, there's nothing I'd change except maybe a choice of tock sounds for the metronome, but really I don't care at all, it's great.
