Feature:
It's a solid sequencer! Comes with DC adapter.

Quality:
The knobs (pots) are horrible!!! Loose. Master volume feels like its kinda fall into the chasis. I like the new metal top, but the knobs are loose and wobble. See support review!

Value:
It's a strong inexpensive sequencer, except for the loose knobs. I paid $270 normally at my local retailer. I got one of the first 800 made.

Desirability:
Nice cheap sequencer. Needs a bit more though. However it blows away the Roland SH-32...blows it away! Just no drums, bells, or whistles.

Sound:
Technoie...some goofy sounds...pretty warm, yet still digital. Not enough Analog warmth. Just synths sounds...so you know.

Support:
I rate this bad, because they are VERY allusive. You really have to go to the Japanese Corp link on the website, and search to find your local support. About the knobs. My retailer was concerned, contacted Korg. Korg said it was not common. Retailer sent to repair (after owning it one day, Korg wouldnt allow an exchange?!). Repair man called me, said the pots are cheap, and mounted poorly, but are not defective. If he replaced them they would still be woobley. I contacted Korg. They said this was "not inherant" of the machine. So I asked for a replacement, they said they would get back to me. 4 days later I called them back, and they admitted to me that they had sacarficed quality in the knobs to improve other parts of the MkII. Do a search on Loose Knobs Electribe, Bad Knobs Electribe, etc. You'll see there are tons of documents, especially at harmony-central.

Overall:
This will remain a staple of my set-up...until I get an EMU-XL7 or a Yamaha RMX-1.
