10 out of 10Quality:
out of 35, one has a minor defect-the green light does not come on.
Sound:
I teach middle school orchestra and purchased 35 of these tuners for my students' use in class. They have all worked perfectly (except for one, which has an inoperable green light, but the tuner works perfectly, besides that).
I'm going to buy another 35 for my high school orchestra.
Would recommend these to all musicians.

5 out of 10Quality:
I bought one of these from my local music shop. Within one week of treating it as gently as a baby, it started turning off randomly. I figured it my be a loose connection, so I gave it some taps (the sort you do when you're bord in class and feel like drumming on the table, but not so loud as to disturb anyone) and the thing would turn off. Just a good 3 or 4 light taps is all it took. I brought it back to the store and got it replaced. My new one started doing the same thing in a matter of 2 days.

Haven't talked to them yet as it is Sunday. I never complain to companies, but this is outragous. We'll see how they do.
Overall:
a day or two. I'm pissed.

10 out of 10Feature:
It is compact and can be taken anywhere. Sturdy plastic. It would be nice if I didnt have to worry about batteries. Excellent mic for picking up the sounds in order to tune.
Quality:
No complaints. Have dropped it on the floor with no problems. Excellent for trips or travel. Always reliable.
Value:
Definately worth the price. Wish I would have found it online before buying it in a music store.
Desirability:
It is practical and a technical marvel.
Sound:
I use it to tune an acoustic guitar, jazz guitar, strum stick, and piano. It is precise and easy to use. Never wrong.
Support:
Dont know about support. Product is so reliable never had to use support.
Overall:
I hope never to have to purchase another. Most comparable products are much higher in price. This is such a deal. Even us poor folk can afford it. Keeping my instruments in tune add to the pleasure and enjoyment of having more time to play instead of spending my time tuning.

7 out of 10Feature:
It can be used to tune any instrument.
Quality:
The quality is adequate for the price.
Value:
This is a great product for the price.
Sound:
I use it as an input device.
Overall:
It is chromatic. It generates one full scale of tones and senses a large range of frequencies. It automatically tells you what note is being played and it tells you how accurate it is. It is easy to tune a guitar. I personally wanted the chromatic version so I could make sure the guitar nut was positioned the right distance from the first fret. It also works fine to tune the guitar string length for guitars with that adjustment.
