Feature:
Enough for the real guitar players. But probably not for those who heavily rely on heavy effects. The N.R. (noise reduction) works so well, that if you play single coil guitars. Just the N.R. feature is well worth the price. Takes all of 10 seconds to set it up! And it's dead quiet and absolutely no audible side effects (opening and closing from most noise gates.)

Value:
Buy it.

Desirability:
I own it.

Sound:
SWEET!!! I've compared this unit together with the Line 6's AM4 modeler for two weeks. The Korg totally smoked the Line-6. With the Line 6. The tone controls only work at the extreme settings. The noise gate only partially works on some setting. The different models amps and carbinets don't sound that much different at all. The Line 6 is a piece of junk.

Support:
Never needed any support from Korg yet. Been using their gears for years.

Quality:
Very light and portable. Doesn't eat up desk space

Value:
This thing gave me the sound that I would expect from something costing at least 10X as much

Desirability:
I love it. It has a cool vintage feel to it. Like something you'd pick up in a little out of the way music store for a couple hundred bucks.

Sound:
Way Better Than I thought it would sound. I do direct recording on a mac. Couple this with Garageband and you're set

Support:
Never needed support

Overall:
I like this product. It fits my musicl needs to a T

Desirability:

Sound:
this thing sounds awesome. if you think it's high tech, you're an idiot. it only has a few knobs, but the sounds are authentic and awesome.

Overall:
only problem is that the knob settings are hard to read.

The words on the knobs should be in black. Can't read them very well.

Feature:
i like the stereo out port which can go to headphones, an amp, or pc. I also like the amp/line switch! I wish it had a bit more control over the effects though.

Quality:
see above

Value:
great value for the money. You are getting more than you'd expect for twice the amount.

Desirability:
I want it.

Sound:
Very rich full models. It surprised me how well the clean sounds broke up with harder strumming. The only thing that disappointed me was the SUPER sensitive noise gate. As soon as there is no signal from the guitar it just ends abruptly. This is bad for the chorus and reverb. Otherwise, i was floored by this little unit.

Support:
i never dealt with support

Overall:
see above
