Feature:
A basic pickup came with it, for the price you can't beat it, the pickup in it definitely isn't professional quality, it isn't an active pickup, but still puts out plenty of power.

Quality:
Strong mechanically, no defects and it will hold up just as well, if not better than any other guitar on the market in my opinion. It will last my lifetime.

Value:
This product is definitely worth the price that you would pay for it. I haven't regretted the purchase once.

Desirability:
It is a smooth looking guitar, won't throw you off your rocker. It is stylish and sleek, but you can't expect a Jaguar car at a VW Bug price.

Sound:
I enjoy the strong acoustic sound, great guitar for playing through an amp, if you not a resonant sound it isn't the guitar for you, but if you play in a worship band it could be your guitar.

Support:
Haven't dealt with them. My guitar is in basically the same shape I bought it in, approximately 2yrs ago.

Overall:
If I were to get a new guitar I would supplement, I will gladly keep this one and keep it for practice and it is durable enough to take it out on a camping trip. You don't have to worry about damage, so why would you get rid of it.
