Feature:
Gig bag is ok but the strings are crap. I replaced them with Martin Marquis first thing and made a huge difference.
I think it is cute for little kids...
The glue smell, yeeeesh...I realllllly hope it will fade...
Quality:
Seems pretty sturdy. At under $100 i won't mind her banging it around. I did not expect alot anyway.
Value:
I suppose it is ok. I might have gone Daisy Rock but for over $100 more, why would I? They're practically the same quality.
Desirability:
The colors are what attracted my dughter to this guitar..and the cute heart shaped sound hole. Purple gig bag and pink picks...what little girl wouldn't want this??
Sound:
Sounds tinny, but for under $100 I wouldn't expect a fantastic sound. Suprisingly loud even so! I got this for my 7 year old to start learning on. If she sticks with it we'll upgrade sooN!
Hard to tune...and keep there, but I'll give it some time. Once it is tuned it's not half bad....for a kid...
Ease of Use:
I think if it doesn't cost too much we'll replace the tuners as it is VERY hard to fine tune.
Action is ok..sound not too bad..I've heard worse for more $$
Support:
N/A
Overall:
I hope it lasts a year. I believe you get what you pay for. Having said this, I was not expecting the best guitar or even close to it. be realistic...a guitar for $100 or less is going to sound like one!
