Feature:
Really no accessories to speak of.. Rugged construction, Carpeted boxes are nicer than the TR-225's that I have, and they will last for years to come.
500 watts per speaker RMS is good for my needs, and if I need more power, I can connect additional speakers in parallel.
Quality:
I'd say that these, under normal use, are near indestructible. Rock solid construction, and the same quality I've come to expect from JBL pro audio gear.
Value:
IMO: The price I paid for my JBL's was fair. I could buy cheaper 'economy' speakers, and question the quality forever. With the JBL's, I knew what I was getting, and I was not disappointed.
Desirability:
Sex appeal? huh? they're PA speakers.. I guess I don't get the question.
Sound:
Incredible high and low end, a bit soft in the mid range.
Ease of Use:
They sound good out of the box. I hooked this set to a QSC amplifier, and I don't 'need' EQ.. of course, EQ'ing is a must to get the most out of any music, but the speakers themselves sound great without any help.
Support:
I can't comment on contacting JBL directly, as I have never had to contact JBL for repairs on any of my JBL Pro gear. I will rate this in the middle, as I have no frame of reference.
Overall:
I will probably use these speakers until they give out. I assume that the foam rings will fail long before the speakers themselves will be ready to quit working.
