Quality:
Seems like a little cheap VCR's like you get at a sub-budget dept. store.

Sound:
I bought thjis device, I'm sending back for a refund...going to get a usb interface to go with one of my old VCR's. I'll see how this one works out. Stay away from this, it is junk! In one of the software programs it recognizes the device but will not save to HDD, or DVD...I'm talking about the EZ VHS Converter software from ION powered by Arcsoft!

Ease of Use:
Ease of use, but does'nt work like expected...nice paper weight.

Feature:
It seems that "What is in the box" is all included, however my invoice indicates that I still have something else coming that was sent at a later date. As I said,..I have not gotten started yet. Are ya feeling sorry for this ole "Ole Coot" yet?

Quality:
The product seems to be made in the USA.

Value:
My system has not been operating to determine a response to this question. This is why a "5" is being given to the various responses. I do think that my problem is ME.

Desirability:
C'mon,...give me a break. Have I been routed to another site by accident. This should be an evaluation of the VCR 2 PC equipment by "ION", fight?

Sound:
I have not had the pleasure of listening to any sounds as of yet. I must say here that I am not computer saavy and has a lot to be accomplished when it comes to operating computers. But the advertisements suggests that a dummy like me can get things up and going with the limited knowledge I have abour computers. The "4" given here is because of my own limitations. I as at the point of validating my operating system and software. The software does not want to be loaded on an illegal IE software. I can only remember having to validate my software only once ever. My software is legal,...but how do I ler this %$@*ing CD know this?

Ease of Use:
Learning curve??? Oh wow,...what a question,...I finally got passed the various accommodating languages late last night. I need to get to a menu to turn the knob for sound.

Support:
I await for a response from the company. I gave up in my attempts to get the system going late last night. I sent an e-mail requesting assistance about the appealing product.

Overall:
I cannot objectively, or subjectively respond to this question at this time. The advertisement of the product is exactly what I would like to have. I have a number of VHS tapes of my parents before they passed, and great VHS clips of all three children as they grew up. I certainly would love to preserve these events on a CD or DVD.
