Overall: The In Profile turntable works great when recording to your PC but has 2 major drawbacks in regard to recording to iPod. First and foremost, it only supports iPod Touch 2nd Generation and below. If you have a 3rd or 4th Gen, you're out of luck. Unfortunately this is not specified when ordering online and it proved to be a waste of the extra money for the direct to iPod option. It did well recording to my PC though. The second drawback is that if you do have a 2nd Generation or less iPod Touch, it only records to the "Voice Memo" app and not directly to iTunes.Save the extra cash and buy the Ion Profile turntable without the iPod direct recording and just record to your PC. The download version of the software automatically converts the files to iTunes and you can just Sync them to your iPod.
