I've had other scanners, but this one is way easier! For one thing, you can scan your slides anywhere! No need to be hooked to the computer. I like canned air instead of the inclosed screen cleaner, but that's personal choice. The quality is good, and the slide stacking device is very fast. I did find that there's a tendency for it to mis-fire and try to force two slides under the screen at once. There's a short learning curve that could be shortened with instructions. Mine came with no written instructions, so had to experiment a bit.

This is doing just what I wanted--transferring slides to an SD card then on to the computer. It works well and, after using it on about 200 slides, is quite satisfactory. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a solution to the question of transferring 35MM slides to a computer.

Awesome product. It is easy to use and easy to start with. I started using the product by just a little reading and playing. It works very well for the 100's of slide I have. The only negative is that the slides jam some of the time but that may be due to the age and condition of my slides..It's easy to restart and can overlook tthis minor iritation.

This gadget is marvelous !! Once I worked through the set up I was scanning slides and transferring them to my PC. It's GREAT !!
