Feature:
This pedal has more features than any other single distortoin pedal I've ever played. The void is awesome and you can change the tone by the push of a switch.

Quality:
The only thing about this pedal is that its light. Seems like a big fall could damage it but thats the pedals only downfall.

Value:
Like stated above, this pedal sells for $50 and the metal master and hot rod pedals are $80- $90 and don't sound as good at all!

Desirability:
and I got it.

Sound:
I've had several distortion pedals including the Digitech Metal Master, DOD Death metal, DOD Grunge, Rockteck Metal Worker, Digitech Hot Rod, and a few others and this pedal sounds the best with my setup. I have a Behringer GX212 Ultratwin amp and use a Jackson DK2 skully guitar. This pedal has excellent crunch and a deep tone.

Support:
Never had to deal with them so support isn't needed.

Overall:
I've had this item for close to a year and I'm still not bored with the sound. I'll keep this one as long as I keep playing.

Value:
I got this pedal for $59. I was walkin in the store with $100 originally planning on buying a Boss metal zone. The store was out, so the guy told me to try this pedal and i was simply amazed!

Sound:
The sound of this pedal is simply amazing, blows the metal zone out of the water!

Support:
I've had a few problems w/ ibanez guitars in the past. Ibanez was always prompt in fixing all of my problems. I'm very impressed w/ the company.

Feature:
I like the fact that is a metal casing, however, it still lacks the true "stomp box" strength and feel. I'm afraid of breaking it to be honest. I love the ton-lok's though. Great idea.

Quality:
Looks very nice, not sure how durable this will be. Seems like it may be a bit flimsy. Still, much better than plastic. Casing should be similar to that of the Tube Screamer.

Value:
Excellent value. The best sound for under $100. Period.

Desirability:
It is a practical addition to a modern rock guitarists rig. The sound is much better than its looks.

Sound:
This product does very well for alternative/punk rock. I have been searching for a raw, edgy, tone enriched distortion that is not all "fuzz" and I think I've found it with the SM7. It is very gainy and that is a must for gigging and rehearsing. Lots of edge, and cut- through tonal qualaties. I have been running it all by its self and it sounds great. .....much better than the Ibanez stomp boxes from 5 years ago.

Overall:
I expect to have this product for an excess of 1yr. Because of new technological advances, occuring daily, the next best stomp box is just around the corner. If this one holds true to being the best fit for me, than I will stick with it. It is a good product.

Rock On!!! This pedal is the single thing the heavy rock guitarist needs today. If you have a cry baby, a compressor, anything else, sell it and buy one of these suckers. It's great, and it's inexpensive. It's awesome, Rock On!!!!

The void feature is a great help, and with the 2-band eq you get anything from sharp headbanger's solos, to low hardcore riffs.

This is The best deal for a distortion pedal that i have learned, besides my death metal distotion by DOD. You need to know the sound, and play it at lease once. because it's sound is diffrent, good pedal though.
