Feature:
For what it has Ibanez did a good job of putting it all together. The new ash top and sides sounds much better than the TCY10 out of Spruce and Mahogany.

Quality:
Perfect conditon when recieved and have high hopes of keeping it this way. 1 Day shipping through UPS, boxed well. The finish makes this guitar that much more likable: more guitars should have a violin finish. The ash also took to the stain well not just the high gloss makes it look good but the wood used is beautiful.

Value:
For thinbody, double cutaway, electric-acoustics it's a great buy.

Desirability:
The aesthetics are amazing from the eliptical sound hole with the inlays, and finally the gorgeous violin finish and the grain pattern from the ash wood this gutar attracts people to whomever is playing it.

Sound:
Thin bodied guitars are still in their own category for sound they can't compete with full bodied guitars yet, and it's not really that bad as an acoustic but when plugged in over a system I've gotten great results.

Support:
No problems, their customer service line is helpful.

Overall:
The only other reason to buy another guitar would supplement this Ibanez, you're going to like playing this Talman and keep it around for a long time. I looked into Morgan Monroe and Talkamanie for their double cut electric-acoustics, and came up with this one instead. It was among the first I looked at and then after continual serching became the favorite.

Feature:
Came with neck tools and an extra saddle that might come in handy somewhere down the road.

Quality:
The guitar finish and construction are all first rate. Aside from the high action mentioned above which required immeadiate attention this guitar is a joy to own.

Value:
Excellent quality to price value. Would be a great value at a much higher price but then I wouldn't own it:)

Desirability:
Beautiful Guitar.

Sound:
Excellent sound when plugged in. I don't know if it is just mine or what but the bass response through the pickup is somewhat weak even with the EQ adjusted for maximum bass. The sound unplugged is quiet but pleasant for practice.

Ease of Use:
The neck is very nice, much like an electric guitar. Out of the box the action was very high. I removed the saddle and sanded it down a bit and now the action is very nice. Was easy to do and having the extra saddle in case of breakage was nice.

Overall:
I suspect this will last a long time in my collection along with the other three guitars I've had for 30+ years. It really fills the need for a thin acoustic to play while standing and not feel awkward(sticking out too far).

Feature:
It has a 2 band eq that is fairly responsive . I do wish that it had an onboard tuner and i may take it out and put a fisher in with a built in tuner

Quality:
Id say overall this is a very wellbuilt guitar, the finish is beautifull, the binding adds to the looks and gives it a quality look. I was disapointed as the one that i played in teh store had very good low action with no buz but i didnt buy that one, came back a week later and had to order one and it wasnt as nice as the one i first played. It did improve with a little setup work but i had to back teh truss rod all the way off and even then i wish it was a little lower action. but for an acoustic it is pretty low, i am just used to electrics

Value:
I paid about $100 for this guitar plus had to pay $75 bucks for a case over the net price but i think it was worth what i paid for

Desirability:
It is a different looking guitar, both the finish and the wood make it somewhat unusual also being cut like and electric brings positive comments. I think it is a very nice looking guitar and looks much more expensive than it really is

Sound:
I found the sound a bit short compared to a standard acoustic, a little flat with no brightness but plugged in it was a whole diff story. Also it sounds totally different depending on what amp i play it through, my marshal electric amp sounds sweet and gives it a miced acoustic sound but my acoustic amp give it a lot more brightness, i bout it to play through an amp so all in all i am very happy with it

Ease of Use:
Over all i am very happy with the playability. I bought this guitar so that i could play acoustic songs through an amplifier and i find it suits my playing perfectly

Support:
Have not had to deal with them

Overall:
I expect that ill have this guitar for a long time, if i buy another acoustic it would only be to get more sound from it when it was not plugged in. the lack of sound unplugged is simply a function of teh then body and the way that its cut. I dont think its a guitar made to be played unplugged. If i lost it or it was stolen id buy another for teh purpose that i bought it for
