Ibanez SR300DXL Left-Handed Electric Bass

Ibanez first introduced the Soundgear bass in 1987. That same bass continues to be one of the world's most played basses. Why Because it is not the same bass. Certainly it's still the sleekest and sexiest. And with all SR models featuring active electronics, it's still the most tonally versatile. It still has the fastest neck. But they've continued to improve and update the Soundgear line. Learn More...

Feature:
Tone knobs and the bass boost knob is nice.

Quality:
This is a very well built bass. Once you get it out of the package and look at it you will see. The knobs are heavy duty as well as everything else. Very, very nice quality for the price. Even beeter that some more expensive bases I've played.

Value:
Best bass for the money..I think. This is a very nice product.

Desirability:
Sharp looking bass. Very sleek and cool.

Sound:
If you play with your fingers predominately and want and are comparing to a Fender Bass then you'll find the Fender sound a little crisper than the Ibanez(depending on the quality oof your amp). If you play with a pick this bass rocks! Don't get me worng it is as equally good using your finger also. Adjustable tone knobs allows a wide range of sound. I've owned Ibanez in the past. This is a very good quality bass.

Support:
Have not dealt with support yet. However, look over you instrument thouroughly after opening.

Overall:
I would give it a 10 except I am very picky. Giving it a 9 is saying that I have enjoyed it over other basses in this range or even more.
