Feature:
Well its pretty standard....no bells or whistles just a solid built guitar ready for hours of abuse. the edge pro is amazing though honestly its built to last.
Quality:
can ask for anything better....for a grand you get a great guitar....i don;t see the point of spending anymore money on an axe unless you want to be one of those kind of losers
Value:
worth it....i wouldn't think twicd
Desirability:
so nice....so sexy....its a beautiful guitar
Sound:
The sound is metal but you can definately play around with the eq on your amp to get some other sounds out of it. I play rock so it works great!
Ease of Use:
it is so easy to manipulate this beast. its not like a strat where its a one trick pony this thing does what its told to do!!
Overall:
gedyy up boys....this is the axe of your dreams without killing your wallet

The Floyd Rose can hardly be faulted and the pick up selector and stuff were all solid.
Quality:
All good but a more heavy duty wood would've made it almost flawless.
Value:
Yeah can't complain really for the price it's pretty sweet.
Desirability:
It is pretty damn sexy and once it's jacked in you really want it. Beautiful
Sound:
This guitar is a metal guitar through and through and not surprisingly that is what it delivers the Dimarzio pickups leave it sounding sweet and the pinched harmonics squeel like a beast. If you play metal and want a medium priced professional guitar this is the one for you.

The neck is probably the selling point of the guitar but the rest doesn't disappoint.

Quality:
Overall....this guitar was made to perfection by ibanez....the finishing is almost as same as all the RG series...but the bodywork is quite a bit like the JEM...so you know how it is;)....and another useful thing about this guitar is...it is not at all that heavy....easy to carry around and thus...which makes it easy for musicians to take it on the stage easily. Well...basically,the cosmetic aspect never lasts forever on any instruments unless it is used on that particular way....so it is normally upto the owners to maintain that fancy cosmetic look.

Yeah....it is worth every cents....judging by my overall experience with the guitars i have played...
Sound:
To start off....i do music a lot myself and i play the keyboard and as well as the guitar....first of all,what i would like to say is that this guitar actually has a killer sound which gives an aesthetic feel on any musician's hand! I have tried the RG470 and this RG2550E,to tell the truth....RG470 sounds beastly but this machine has various points of style for every kind of musicians! I actually played this guitar on the recording studio....and the sound which was produced after the finalized version of the song was just too bewildering....so i highly recommend this guitar for serious lead players and the riffers...;)

The ibanez always kept most of their customers happy with the friendly interface on their guitars. The tones are not that difficult to modify... Believe me or not....if you use this guitar with the PODxtlive....i bet u r going to feel like that GOD just just transformed you to STEVE VAI or Joe satriani...the reverb,sustain and most importantly the GAIN is the main reason for that....
