Feature:
I really enjoyed the sound of the pick-up at the store, I am now shopping for an amp for it so I've yet to plug it in since.
Quality:
This is where I've been disappointed. The quality of the wood and neck seem fine, it's been about six weeks. It's a laminate body, which means it's less fragile to changes in humidity, but the finish is just very cheap, it already has several chips in the finish and I have no idea how or when they got there. They were not there when I brought it home and I take good care of all my instruments. It seems that even the slightest bump will chip the finish.
Value:
It's a great value for the money, it sounds great and I plan on playing for many years to come. The Fishman p/u is one of the main reasons for it's value to me, so I guess it's worth it's price.
Desirability:
On looks alone, it's a beautiful guitar, like many other beautiful guitars.
Sound:
This is the best sounding guitar I have played in this price range. I shoppe around for over a week and play dozens of $250.00 to $350.00 guitars and found this to come closest to the sound in my head.
I played it unplugged for over an hour and was a little turned off by the "brightness" of it (probably due to the cut-away body), but once I plugged it in, and I used several mid-range and high-end amps, I just loved it. I asked the sales person to play it for me and I was surprised that it was no longer as "bright" as I had heard before, and I was sold.
Support:
N/A, haven't felt the need to contact them.
Overall:
I plan on playing this guitar for years to come. I don't plan on replacing it, nor will I get rid of it if I ever decide to up-grade to a higher-end guitar. If it were lost or stolen I would not purchase it again. I would invest more money into buying a guitar that will stay in mint condition longer.
