Quality:
only used a headphone once and afterwards the speaker didn't make any sound a all, It only worked using a headphone

Quality:
I used it for about a week. Then it just stop functioning. I put in new battery and still the tuner doesn't respond at all. I just toss it. Would not buy it again.

Desirability:
Will not buy it again.

Support:
I order it online. Did not want to go through the hassle of calling it in.
