Sound: I bought the Ibanez IJX40 Jumpstart for my daughter for a birthday gift. I'm happy with the whole package and my daughter loves playing it. I really believe this is a great little package for a kid or adult for that matter who is just starting to learn basic guitar. Feature: When I ordered the guitar I didn't realize it didn't have a guitar stand, wish it came with one but it's not a deal breaker. I'm going to buy a stand later. Ease of Use: Like I said earlier, this guitar is great for a beginner. When my daughter gets better and out grows this guitar I will invest in another one. Quality: Quality seems fine, we've only had it for a few weeks now but so far so good. Value: The price of the product was fair and reasonable in my opinion. Manufacturer Support: I have not dealt with Ibanez so I don't know about their customer service. The Wow Factor: Gift for my daughter so right now I'm not to concerned with "sex appeal" or aesthetic's right now. Overall: I'd like for my daughter to use it for at least 2 years and if she still wants to play and has progressed enough I'll buy her a better guitar for some one who is a little more advanced.

Sound: decent for a "learner" guitar, for the money it actually is what you would expect. Feature: the practice amp that came with it humms hard when turned up, but at soft volumes you can get a clean enough sound to practice with Ease of Use: the amp is basiclly only good for a low volume clean sound for practice Quality: for the money the guitar is actually pretty well made, but definately something you will outgrow quickly Value: solid value for a cheap guitar to get your chops up on before investing in a lifelong axe Manufacturer Support: never needed it yet The Wow Factor: decent lines Overall: playable for the price, definately am going to replace it when my playing breaks through to the NEXT level

Sound: i think the quality of the instrument is rather poor. i found it to fall out of tune very easily by simply holding the neck. this could be an isolated incident but there was a great difference in sound compared to holding the neck and not and when do you play a guitar without holding the neck. Feature: i think this guitar had the neccesary parts needed to have a great guitar. Ease of Use: my only complaint was sound. Quality: this product was either poorly made or poorly assembled. Value: no not even the on sale price. Manufacturer Support: no i havent dealt with the company. The Wow Factor: moderate looks. Overall: i was not satified.
