Feature:
Pretty top-notch for the price. I had concerns about the amp. Mainly from what I had read from other reviewers but it silenced my concerns. The amp sounds very nice and loud for it's size. It is a great amp to practice on. The accesories that come with this package and the price coupled with the quality can't be beat. I know I may sound like I work for Ibanez but I don't. I am just really surprised at how much better this was than I expected.

Quality:
The quality is great. My only complaint are some small blemishes on the body of the guitar. It was just a few very tiny scratches that are very hard to see. Overall the quality is good. Seems like it could last for a sizeable amount of time.

Value:
This is very much worth the price.

Desirability:
The red metallic finish looks very good. The guitar is very nice and if I saw it somewhere I would pick it up. To each his/her own though.

Sound:
This actually surpassed my expectations. It has a nice expressive sound quality and range.

Ease of Use:
For the most part this is easy to grasp. But I feel like the booklet on basics might be a little too bare for some beginniners. I also have seen firsthand the perils of the electric tuner as the instructions on how to operate it were not very clear. The DVD was a nice touch although I would still recommend getting a book for starting out. Overall though I find that it is pretty easy to use with a slight learning curve.

Support:
I have not had to deal with the company for anything.

Overall:
I expect to be satisfied with this product for a long time. I will seek out another guitar at a later date but that has nothing to do with the performance of this item. It will definitely still be used for now and later.

Feature:
The tuner and head phones work good,no problems. The case is well made,sturdy and reliable.

Quality:
My guitar on delivery had a small ding on the back side,not that noticeable. The finish overall, is sweet and is holding up well. I would recomend this package to any beginer or advanced that wants quality and nice sound and not hurting the wallet!!

Value:
Well worth the price!!!

Desirability:
Feels good in your hands,action on fret board is smooth.

Sound:
I purchased this package about 2 months ago,I did alot of looking around,I finally decided on the jumpstart package.The sound of the guitar is well worth the price you pay! The guitar stays in tune very well, the tuner that comes with it also works great,the amp seems to be a nice addition.I had a friend come over with his knowledge of 8 years and he played it,he was very impressed.

Feature:
the gig bag rocks but the video was cheesey. Get ur self a teacher or a book

Quality:
I've dropped my baby 3 times and it's still sound great as ever!

Value:
250 for an awesome guitar,and amp (the amps great because you can plug in a cd and play along with it) picks ,headphones (you can plug into the amp and practice at night with out the neighbors hating you) the gig bag rocks ,picks , tuner, some other stuff and a lame movie

Desirability:
I want this guitar sooo bad!!

Sound:
this guitar sounds so nice! the amp it comes with(in a pack) is good for a practice amp(thats what it) but you can't use it for performances but its fine for gigs.

Support:
haven't haad to deal w/ them

The best accessory is the Amp. You need a new chord. upgrade it ASAP

Quality:
This guitar is well built. It is built to last. I will keep mine forever. As with any product you may need repairs depending on your care of the product. This one is built to last as long as you take proper care.

Value:
The best value!!! I shopped for months before my puchase. No other guitar company will put together as good a package for the price!!

Desirability:
best cosmetics for the price.

Sound:
use the dean markley blue steel strings!

Overall:
This is built to last! I am very happy with this purchase. I will buy Ibanez again and again. To build my collection as finances become available.

Feature:
the tuner and video that come in this package suck. i bout a korg tuner, it's a smart way to spend 15 dollars. i wish the guitar had dual tone knobs, instead of just one. the neck of the guitar is very comfortable.

Quality:
ibanez is an awesome guitar company. they've been around forever. the guitar is very well-finished, and nothing is loose. you might want to pop off the volume and tone knobs, though, because the plastic to sheild the pickguard gets stuck under it. the worst aspect is the amp, which sucks. i'll keep this guitar for a while.

Value:
i think it should be 50 bucks cheaper because of the amp. it isn't really worth how ever much it contributes to the price of this package

Desirability:
this is a pretty sexy guitar. it's a very nice feel to it, especially the neck. i think that's the most comforable feature of the guitar

Sound:
i've played guitar for three years, this was my first guitar. it has an awesome sound for a beginner guitar. i quickly replaced the amp, though. if you buy this, purchase a small peavey amp. it'll sound a ton better.

Support:
never dealt with support because i never had a peoblem. wink.

Overall:
i think i'll stick with this guitar until i have enough to buy an epiphone les paul. i would never sell this great guitar, nor stop playing it. if it was stolen, i'd buy a new guitar, but that's only because i've been playing for 3 years. if it was stolen after 1

The sound is great....even with a little amp....i go to gigs and EVERYONE loves it!

All of the components are great! the video is the only one that is kinda cheezy.

Quality:
very rugged built like a rock.

Value:
yes i have tried the squier strat and the yamaha pacifica and neither one even comes close.

Desirability:
it looks awesome.

Sound:
The sound is very nice. I have seen other reviews that totally knock the amp, but its allright for a practice amp. Unless u want to put on a live preformance it is just fine.

Support:
havent had to deal with them.

Overall:
I plan to have it for my entier life just for practice and then after a year or so move on to a fender strat or something.

Feature:
it came with a gig bag, two cords, six picks, a strap, a fuzz box, a lesson book, a video tape, a tuner with batteries, and there was other stuff but i can't exactly remember. the tuner was really useful because i don't have a good enough ear yet to tune my guitar. i really didn't use the lesson book that much because i wanted to learn by my self.

Sound:
i really like this guitar even though it was my first. the sound is great and it is easy to play. it's not to big so you feel comfortable playing it. the practice amp isn't the loudest but it is good quality and easy to pick the settings. i'm in a band and this guitar is way better than the other guitars that i have used.

Overall:
i simply love this guitar and the package it came in. it came with everything i needed.
