Fantastic quality. In my possession it's fallen onto the ground a handful of times, and no damage to the exterior or interior.

This bass is definitely worth the price. For those wanting to experiment with that extra low B string, this is an affordable 5-String that's well worth the price.

Desirability:
Personally I love the color and the style. Both the body and neck are sleek and smooth, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but great too for playing.

Sound:
Excellent sound, from a treble punch to a smooth smokey sound, this bass is great overall.

Ease of Use:
A new bass player can pick this up and start playing, nothing complicated about it's setup and style.

This thing is just so well made there was no need to contact support!

Overall:
This is an excellent 5-String bass, and through personal experience with it, I can say Ibanez outdid themselves for a 5-String at this price. Sturdy, pleasing to the eye, capable of a multitude of sounds and styles, this bass really is amazing.
