Ibanez ARZIR30 Iron Label Electric Guitar

Crank out slick, hi-output sound, and look good doing it. The ARZ series IR30 boasts a pair of EMG 81 active humbuckers for a classic, aggressive sound.

Used to own an Ibanez ART600 and put EMG 81/85 pickups in it, and I absolutely loved that guitar. This is essentially the same thing but a longer scale, beautiful ebony fretboard instead of rosewood, and a lot lighter than the ART. Nice low action that doesn't buzz even when down-tuned a lot (made minor adjustment for B tuning). If you like Ibanez and a Les Paul style body then I would definitely consider this guitar if you can score it for the $899 price. The only thing I miss about the ART vs ARZ is that the locking tuners on the ART had the auto trimming machine heads, not a deal breaker at all but it was nice.
