Feature:
This guitar looks gorgeous. I am lefty and black wouldn't have been my first choice. I didn't have a choice. I can say that now that I have this in black, it's beautiful. The 3 way selector is smart and tight, not loose like an epi or gibson. Never knew this mattered until I got this instument. Just amazing.

Quality:
This guitar is made very well. Better than my epi Les Paul by far. I was shocked. This play better and sounds better than my epi les paul and SG (epi) The finish was perfect. By the way, this fits right in my epi Les Paul case perfectly!! Always a plus. Seems solid to me. This guitar is very reliable and I didn't have to tune it during my practice, 3 hours. I have to tune my strat and SG all the time.

Value:
This guitar is worth far more in my opinion. I would never have bought my Epi Les Paul(God rest his soul)

Sound:
For stock pickups, these are crystal clear. I can get a wide variety of tones out of this guitar. Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Blues, Jazz even country (like a tele) with a little digidelay slapback on it. I couldn't ask for more with stock pickups. I am a nut about changing them right away when I get a guitar. Not so here. I won't be changing these. They are bright pickups but the tone knob is so effective. The transition from bass to treble is fantastic.

Ease of Use:
Easy to get a variety of quality sounds. The fretboard is very easy to play. I have small hands and my hands get sore on my other guitars. Not so on this guitar. This guitar is lighter than my Strats and just a bit heavier than my SG. Certainly lighter than my Epi Les Paul. Very comfortable to stand with.

Support:
Have not had to deal with them.

Overall:
I expect this to be my main guitar. I am so comfortable with this guitar. Best guitar purchase I have ever made.
