Feature:
The Fishman pre-amp puts this aspect right up there. I tried out other nylon-stringed acoustic-electrics, and the difference was noticeable. For the price of this instrument, the Fishman is a big plus.
Quality:
Fit and finish are fantastic - again, my only gripe is the action higher up the neck.
Value:
Oh, this is definitely a good value for the money. I checked out the comparably priced Lucero, and looked at the much more expensive Cordobas, and the Ibanez actually compared favorably with the Cordobas!
Desirability:
The Modena orange (or tangerine) finish is VERY appealing - plus, I have some nice curling in the grain on the top of the guitar.
Sound:
This guitar produces a warm, fairly typical acoustic tone, even for a relatively thin body. Plugged in, we ARE talking Fishman here, and it is very nicely amplified, quite responsive.
Support:
I have not had any need for support.
Overall:
This guitar exactly fits my needs in this category - a good value, good overall quality, and better than anticipated electronics.
