Feature:
Just like the ad says, the neck is more like a steel string. Not bulky. Smooth playing.

Quality:
Since I just bought it this is hard to answer. It has a substantial fel to it. Strings don't rattle, beautiful appearance, fit and finish are very nice.

Value:
I'm very satisfied with the price for a guitar of this quality. I tried out a few that were cheaper, but they just didn't have the asthetic and tone pleasing quality. This was a modest increasein price for what seems to me a lot of value.

Desirability:
It's asthetically pleasing. Gold tuning pegs. Good finish, although the "tangerine" is a little reddish (garish looking) but not too bad.

Sound:
It's arich sound for a medium sized guitar.

Support:
Have not contacted them

Overall:
I think I will be stisfied with this for a couple of years at least. I was playing a steel stringed Ovation. It's afine guitar, but slips off my lap, a bit bulky, and you have to really pull the strings to get good sound out of it when finger picking (which it is not designed fo, of course).

Feature:
great woods. Not laminated. Excellent electronics. I can't believe this guitar is less than 300.00!!!!

Quality:
for the price, quality doesn't get any better.

Value:
The Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Desirability:
appeal is excellent

Sound:
excellent plugged in. Good when unplugged, not nearly a full acoustic sound, but great all the same considering this is meant to be heard plugged in. Good for late night jam sessions though. You won't be dissapointed.

Support:
I doubt I'll ever need it, lets just give it a 10!

Overall:
I don't think I'll ever buy another classical guitar. This one should work fine as I am a steel string player. I've got to say that this guitar really is the sh*t!!!!!!!!!!

Feature:
The Fishman pre-amp puts this aspect right up there. I tried out other nylon-stringed acoustic-electrics, and the difference was noticeable. For the price of this instrument, the Fishman is a big plus.

Quality:
Fit and finish are fantastic - again, my only gripe is the action higher up the neck.

Value:
Oh, this is definitely a good value for the money. I checked out the comparably priced Lucero, and looked at the much more expensive Cordobas, and the Ibanez actually compared favorably with the Cordobas!

Desirability:
The Modena orange (or tangerine) finish is VERY appealing - plus, I have some nice curling in the grain on the top of the guitar.

Sound:
This guitar produces a warm, fairly typical acoustic tone, even for a relatively thin body. Plugged in, we ARE talking Fishman here, and it is very nicely amplified, quite responsive.

Support:
I have not had any need for support.

Overall:
This guitar exactly fits my needs in this category - a good value, good overall quality, and better than anticipated electronics.

Feature:
Very flexable & quiet Fishman electronics. Tuners are stable.

Quality:
Some specs under the clear coat, someone could've gave it good dusting before sealing. A great value.

Value:
I say again, a VERY good value!

Desirability:
It looks good sitting in the corner, makes me wanna play.

Sound:
Excellent value. Good sound. Quiet electronics. Good inoatation. Action is a little to high but can be adjusted. Worth the hardshell case. A better choice over the other Ibanez electric classical ( can't recall the name but $10.00 cheaper). If you're thinking about it, buy it. You won't be disapointed.

Support:
No problems so not needed but mail in your product registration. Only has a 1 year warranty.

Overall:
This will probadly do me. It's a hobby & I see no use in spending over $500.00 for a "hobby" guitar.
