Feature:
The speaker jack placement is just WRONG and Hartke uses very cheap switches.

Quality:
Pathetic!

Value:
If it were $399.00 it would be a great value. The quality is just not worth the extra $100 at this time. The only problems with my Roland KC550 have been the gold tops coming off of the knobs, and the tweeter is not that good - needs a real horn driver.

Desirability:
Forget it - I would rather go with the Behringer - at least I would expect it to have some problems, but keyboard player friends of mine say it is a great amp for the money.

Sound:
I recently purchased the KM200 and I set it up in the monitor tilt position in front of my keyboards. I began playing it and it clearly sounded better than my Roland KC550. However, after a short time the sound just stopped. After checking it out, the 1/4" speaker plug disengaged from the jack. There was hardly any locking tension when I re-incerted it. With the position it is so easy to just come out from sound vibration when playing and other stage sound from drums and bass rigs. I had to put a piece of black tape on it to hold it in. It needs to be replaced with a good USA made Switchcraft jack. The next morning I turned it on and went to play my keys and there was very little volume with distorted sound. It was not the speaker jack. I found the on/off switch located just under the Master Volume Control had a short. By this time, I was getting very angry about my purchase. I have now read other reviews and ownes have experienced similar problems especially with the speaker cable and input jack. Needs a redesign asap. The vender did switch it out for me, but I am not sure that it is that good of an amp. I did put some black tape over the speaker input cable to insure that it would stay in. I do not recommend this keyboard amp.

Ease of Use:
The EQ BAND is nothing to brag about.

Support:
Sampson reps were very good and took not of my problems and assurred me that the amp would be replaced and they would forward info to the design and development team.

Overall:
I am afraid to take it out on a gig, so it stays in my studio.
