Quality:
I don't like the carpet, but it doesn't hurt anything.

Sound:
This amp is to be used for either small venues, practice or as a bass monitor. It is perfect for those uses. I bought mine used and have used it at gigs 5 times per month for over three years with no problems. When we need more volume than it can handle--we come out of the Harke and go through another amp - speakers, still being able to use it as a bass monitor.

Support:
I haven't had any problems.

I bought the kickback 15 not knowing what exactly to expect and with 2 weeks I bought a kickback 12 from [where i bought]!!!
I love them both!!!! The 15 gived plenty of bottom and can easily handle mst club gigs!!! For bigger
clubs I run both together and they are incredible!!! The kickback 12 looks small but the sound is huge!!!
I cant overstate how happy I am with both of my kickbacks!!! And the Service was incredible!!! I would highly recommend ... these
Hartke kickback amps!!!

This is an excellent combo amp for everyone who plays a 5-string. It absolutely replicates the low B string, where you hear definite flutter coming out of other combo amps. NO flutter here! At 120 watts, there is plenty of power for a strong punch. The aluminum speaker cone provides a very clean sound. I must say I am very impressed. After auditioning several combo amps, this is my pick, hands down. I bought it and am enjoying it. The reason I rated this amp with all 4's and no 5's? Because Hartke has an even better combo amp on the market, albeit more expensive, and the fact that I would really like to move up to a Hartke amp head with their professional cabinet, but that set-up is just not portable enough for me. The Kickback 15 is actually the right fit for me: very portable, very strong and clean sounding, and relatively inexpensive. I am a very satisfied customer.

Feature:
Less is more! Three knobs and a shaper...perfect for an old guy.

Quality:
Got mine used and in great shape.

Value:
I got an exceptional value.

Sound:
After 35 years in the biz I have played or tried about everything they use in C/W, R&B, Southern Rock, and Gospel. The only reason I gave sound a 9, is my other rig. It's a Hartke 7000 bi/amp running through a custom Tone Hog cab. The lower half is two 375W Black Widows in a bandpass configuration, and the top cab is 2 Scorpion 10's. I cross the amp at 250 and have never lost a volume war with a guitar player. BUT, at 55 and being run over, I can't tote it no more.. 250 lbs. This little guy is awesome. And to all the reviews that gripe about distortion,,,,it's a 120!! Line out,,jeez..

Ease of Use:
Easy?? Look at features..just use your ears.

Support:
I went to the Samson website and downloaded the complete owners manual--free. I know if I need help, they will GitRDun!!

Overall:
The only way I would replace this rig is something lighter came along that sounded better...don't think so.

Feature:
the shape button is pretty cool, i wish it had an fx loop unless i overlooked it.

Quality:
the one i used was used but it still blew me away! it seemed to me it was pretty well put together so no complaints here!

Value:
umm, 275$ for a used 120 watt, id say its worth it!

Desirability:
i want it! i bet it will look good with a solid black p bass!

Sound:
awesome! perfect sound for classic rock and blues, for me anyway. not too punchy and not too drained. very clean, which i like.

Ease of Use:
the less nobs there is the better it is to me. its just a simple man thing.

Perfect size for studio recording, and just jammin', and with the direct
line-out jack, it's a great stage pre-amp to run through the PA system.
No doubt, one of the best purchases I've made.

The shape function is cool, really can make a huge difference, tone is as good as you expect from hartke. This is a really good amp for both practice and small-medium gigs.

Go buy it!

Great amp, love it, great custom sound. Excellent practice amp, maybe small gig, looks really cool, and dang! it's very well built. Everyone says it looks professional and not like an ice box.

Nice amp, I use it for both bass and guitar. Tons of power, struggles with a low B string, but blast on everything G and above
