Quality: Very well made!...for the inexpensive cost, I was not expecting much. I am thrilled by my purchase!!! Value: ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! Overall: I own a 1964 Hofner Beatle Bass. I bought it used from a music store but there was no case to go with it. I obtained a cardboard case just to keep it in but have always wanted a nice hardshell case. There have been cases that you had to modify for the guitar to fit and foam-lined that also had to be cut....for their cost, no thanks! BUT when I saw that this was velvet-lined and only $ 69.95, I decided to take a chance. In a word...FANTASTIC....It truly does fit like a glove..!!! Rick Butto Glens Falls, NY

Sound: Doesn't rattle Feature: Great plush lining, solid fit. This case WILL, Snugly, fit the Rogue violin bass (which I think is a rebranded Epihone 2nd). Quality: I understand this is actually the BEST violin bass case made, period...better than Hofner's own vintage case for their high-end pieces. Value: This is cheaper than the big rectangular epiphone case, which would be the alternative. I have to think this is more secure than that case, even if there isn't room for sheet music. There is room for straps and maybe strings. The Wow Factor: I would have sent it back if I didn't want it.
