This bass is simply amazing! The hollow body offers a lightweight alternative to the lunky solid bodied basses. IT doesn't leave your shoulder begging for mercy at the end of the night! The quality of the sound that this bass delivers will leave you impressed! From hard thumping low end to funky mid high tones, this bass covers a vast spectrum of full, rich sounds! Not to mention, this bass stays in tune nicely! I rarely have to retune it from gig to gig. It holds its tuning well! I play everything from old country to classic/southern rock... all the way up to heavy metal. This bass surely delivers! Another BIG plus is that this bass comes with its own custom-fitted case. No need to search for a case that "may work". Snug fit, no sloppy banging around inside the case. I had been contemplating buying this bass now for a couple years. I just wished that I had purchased it sooner! It's a great addition to any bass player's collection. You won't be disappointed! I gave "Manufacturer's Support" rating 3 out of 5 starts, only because I have yet to need to contact customer support.

I have a vintage Hofner I don't like to bring out to gigs too often. Bought this of the bunch of Beatles tunes we do. Put flats on it....very happy with my purchase.
