Well made with great finishes. I own all three colors and use them all the time. I have never had a guitar strap come off since I started to use them.

I've installed these 13 sets on all my electrics, in various finishes to complement the guitars finish. A little bulky but well worth it, as there has never been a drop or slip or failure.

I don't understand the bad reviews because I got these at the end of last year and I haven't had any problems with them. I put them on a Levi's leather strap and on an Epiphone LP Classic and they haven't come lose at all. I'll will have no problem ordering them again, I think they are a great product.

Absolutely the worst design. The strap retainer spins off and you're left with just with the tread holding your strap on.
Sound
The sound my bass hitting the ground? Or them hitting the liner of the trash can because that's where they're going.
Features
Removing the strap is difficult and the retainer doesn't stay on.
Quality
Well made but the design is bad.
Value
Shouldn't even be given away as a gift.
The Wow Factor
Looks interesting but get something better.

"Mine fell apart"

I guess these are meant for very thin straps as mine fell apart and came loose in the middle of a gig. The peice that screws on the outside of the strap, holding it all together, is not threaded very long. I was using them on a leather starp maybe a 1/16 of an inch thick and had them jscrewed on tight with pliers. Just through the normal motions of playing and taking the guitar on and off they worked loose and came apart in the middle of a song. They seem to be made well and of good quality just poor design IMHO.

I love zZounds, best site ever, but these strap locks, on a les paul type guitar, the strap itself pushes the straplock open amnd they come popping right off. the straplocks are not designed too well, I had to9 pour some crazy glue inside of the strap lock so it will stay put
