"well built, but problems do happen"

i purchased 3 gemini eq2 from all different web sites, all three unit has the same problem... overall these equalizers are fairly well built, but after turning on these units after a few seconds they shut off by themselves.... all three did the same thing... i would of gave these eq's a 4.0 or 4.5 stars because of the build quality... i think these units have a manufacture flaw...
