Style of Music: Blues, 80's-like Rock lead and also a little Latin Jazz

The 57' is oustanding in the neck position on my guitar as it gives it a very warm and beefy bass/mid range tone. It also has a tremendous output for an non-active pickup and does not pickup microphonic feedback. The pickup sounds especially good for playing blues lead and the like. I am also going to try and put one in the bridge and see how it goes from there.

the best way to replace pickups on 70's and 80's les pauls
(on my 72 custom, with the original neck pickup, i have the sounds from jimmy Page to BB king !!!)
before the 57 plus and the original neck pickup , i had replaced the pickups with two 59 duncans. result : this guitar had a bad fat sound.
I bought a gibson 57 custom black beauty,(historic collection) with two 57 classic, and i retrieved the sound. this explain why i bought the 57 classic plus.
